INVITATION AUX ARTISTES 2025 – Galerie La Fab Sur Mill Gallery

Les artistes visuels sont invités à soumettre leurs œuvres pour être prises en considération dans le cadre de la programmation d’expositions de la galerie d’art et de la salle de performance La Fab 2025. Les demandes d’exposition individuelles ou de groupe sont les bienvenues. La durée des spectacles peut varier de 3 à 5 semaines.

Situé à Chelsea, au Québec, La Fab sur Mill est un centre d’art géré par des bénévoles comprenant une galerie, une salle de spectacle, 5 studios d’artistes, une boutique, un atelier de céramique et un espace de location pour des ateliers, des événements ou des réunions. La galerie d’art offre un espace lumineux pour exposer vos œuvres.

Les artistes auront l’occasion d’offrir des conférences et des ateliers pendant l’exposition.

Coût
Il n’y a pas de coût pour soumettre votre application. Par contre, si vous êtes sélectionnés, vous devez être ou devenir membre de La Fab. Le coût pour être membre à vie est de $30.00.
Date limite pour soumettre votre application : le 31 décembre 2024.

Exigences pour soumettre une application :

1. Démarche artistique : maximum une page.
2. Biographie / Curriculum vitae : maximum une page.
3. Proposition d’exposition.
4. 10 photos maximum de vos œuvres. Identifiez clairement chaque photo avec
le titre, la dimension et le médium utilisé.

Veuillez noter que vous pouvez soumettre votre application en anglais seulement mais que si vous êtes sélectionnés vous devrez soumettre vos textes en français pour l’exposition et les textes publicitaires.

OPEN CALL FOR ARTISTS 2025 – Galerie La Fab sur Mill gallery

Call for Submission
Visual artists are invited to submit their work for consideration for the La Fab art gallery and performance hall 2025 exhibition program. Individual or group show applications are welcome. The length of the shows may vary from 3 to 5 weeks.

Located in Chelsea, Quebec, La Fab sur Mill is a volunteer run arts centre and include a gallery, performance hall, five artist studios, a boutique, a ceramics studio and rental space for workshops,events or meetings. The art gallery and performance hall offer beautiful well-lit spaces.

Artists will have opportunities to offer gallery talks and workshops during their exhibition.

Fee
There is no application fee however if selected, you must be or become a La Fab member at 30$ for a lifetime membership.
Submission Deadline: December 31, 2024

Submission Requirements:
1. Artist statement- maximum one page
2. CV / biography- maximum one page
3. exhibition Proposal
4. 10 photos (max) of your work. Clearly identify each photograph with the title, dimension and medium of your work.

Please note that while you may send your application in English only, if selected you will need to provide
your text in French for an exhibition and for publicity purposes.

Rental Space

Our centre has a variety of unique rooms for rent. We have artist’s studios, a concert hall performance space, gallery room for meetings and small events, and a classroom/meeting room.
