Artist Statement:
My practice explores perception as a way of engaging with the unknown, creating new territories where new ways of seeing and experiencing the world can emerge.
–
Through intuitive mark-making, attention, presence, and layered movement, I work between visceral experience and subconscious emergence. Gesture, colour, and form become tools for creating perceptual terrains — shifting fields where fragments of imagery, memory, and symbol appear, dissolve, and transform.
–
My work invites the viewer to enter these open spaces through attention and presence — opening portals beyond the familiar, where new perceptions, experiences, and possibilities can emerge.
