What We Offer

La Fab is a vibrant, volunteer-run arts and cultural centre, and we’re proud to offer our spaces at affordable rates. To help keep costs low for everyone, we ask renters to take charge of organizing, setting up, and cleaning up after their events. When possible, certain services may be available depending on availability and needs. By working together, we can keep La Fab accessible and welcoming for our whole community.

Our Spaces

La Fab has two multi-use rental spaces (the Sanctuary Hall and Gallery with Terrace) where you are welcome to host your upcoming conference, artmaking workshop, musical or theatrical performance, gallery exhibition, private party, or other special event.

Rental Rates

We offer reduced rental rates for arts-focused events, student/school events, and events hosted by fellow registered not-for-profit organizations. A portion of every rental goes towards supporting our not-for-profit’s community arts programming.

To start the rental reservation process, please complete our rental request form and see our rental information package. 
Please note that staff fees, security fees and costs associated with rentals of tech equipment are not included on the rental rate document.
