Through movement, reflection, and connection, Emilie Lemieux invites participants to reconnect with their deeper nature and cultivate greater authenticity, presence, and well-being. Guided by the philosophy of nah – nouveau ancien humain (new ancient human), her offerings draw inspiration from nature, embodied wisdom, and the transformative power of community. In welcoming, inclusive spaces open to all, Emilie encourages exploration, self-discovery, and the release of what no longer serves us.
Cercle d’ethnothérapie nah – Jardins musicaux
Inspired by the rhythms and wisdom of nature, this living circle of connection offers a welcoming space to explore personal challenges through shared reflection and dialogue. Each gathering centers on a different theme, creating opportunities for self-discovery, meaningful exchange, and personal growth within a supportive community. Like nature itself, the circle evolves through the experiences and perspectives of those who gather within it.
Atelier de danse intuitive nah
Held twice monthly, these intuitive dance sessions invite participants to reconnect with their deeper nature through movement. Guided by contemporary and traditional musical vibrations rather than choreography, participants are encouraged to let their bodies lead and express themselves freely. Through movement, participants can release what no longer serves them, awaken creativity, and discover new ways of connecting with themselves and others. No dance experience is required—only curiosity and a willingness to move.
