Take a delicious journey around the globe! Over six weeks, this Monday evening cooking class invites participants to explore cooking techniques and recipes from a wide range of countries and cultures in a fun, welcoming environment.
No previous cooking experience is required – cooks of all skill levels are encouraged to join. Each session focuses on a new country or cultural cuisine, with participants preparing a variety of dishes. Recipes are assigned based on individual interests and comfort levels, making the class engaging and accessible for everyone.
Each class includes:
- 30 minutes of roundtable discussion
- 1.5 hours of hands-on cooking and food preparation
- 30 minutes to enjoy a shared meal together

About the Chef
Chef François Murphy brings passion and global perspective to the kitchen. A veteran of the food industry, he has been teaching cooking classes across the country since 2019. After decades in the restaurant world, Chef François now focuses on creating innovative, delicious, globally inspired food through workshops, classes, and culinary consultations.
