Join us for a 4-week immersive culinary experience with Chef Micheline “Mimi” Lozner as she guides participants through the vibrant and nuanced world of Thai cuisine. In each hands-on session, participants will learn to prepare three dishes: an appetizer, a main course, and a side dish or dessert.
Each class follows a thoughtfully designed module, beginning with a recipe breakdown and overview, where Chef Mimi introduces the dishes, key ingredients, and essential techniques. This is followed by guided, hands-on cooking, allowing participants to practice and build confidence in real time. The session concludes with a shared lunch, enjoying the dishes together—because Thai food is best experienced hot, fresh, and enjoyed communally.
Throughout the class, Chef Mimi will explore the intricacies of Thai spices and teach how to layer sweet, sour, salty, spicy, and umami flavours to elevate every dish. Ideal for curious home cooks and food lovers alike, these classes blend technique, culture, and connection around the table.
Participants will receive a compiled recipe booklet featuring all dishes prepared during the series.

Chef Mimi Lozner leads À la Table, S.V.P., a culinary service specializing in preparing gourmet meals directly in her clients’ kitchens. Her services often include themed menus, such as six-course Thai dinners.
Chef Mimi also offers culinary consulting services and is recognized for her passion for gastronomy, particularly Thai cuisine and pasta recipes.
