Gatineau Hills Fiddle Festival — 9th Annual
Now in its 9th year, the Gatineau Hills Fiddle Festival returns October 22–25, 2026, bringing four days of concerts, workshops, dancing, and jamming to La Fab sur Mill in Chelsea, Quebec, just 15 minutes from downtown Ottawa. The 2026 lineup features Laura Cortese & the Dance Cards, Mark Sullivan and Jeremy Rusu, Ryan Young and Alanna Jenish, and fiddlers and folk musicians from Quebec, Ontario, Newfoundland, and beyond. The program runs four concerts alongside three workshop sessions and a community dance, with a chance to jam alongside performers throughout the weekend. A pre-festival fundraising concert kicks things off on Wednesday, October 21 at Red Bird in Ottawa. As a non-profit event, 100% of proceeds go back into the festival.
