Join a hands-on experience designed to turn kitchen novices into confident home cooks. This class focuses on the fundamental “building blocks” of cooking, starting with knife safety all the way to the importance of mise en place—having everything in its place before the heat goes on. It’s a fun, social environment where mistakes are just part of the recipe for success. Students will move beyond the microwave to learn how to boil the perfect pasta, scramble fluffy eggs, and sauté colorful vegetables without burning them.
